What we collect

What you enter in the wholesale contact form: full name, business name, business type, phone or LINE ID, email and your message
What you give us when you contact us by phone, email, LINE or our social channels
Technical data such as IP address, browser type and cookies. See the cookie policy for details

We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as health, religion or biometric data. Please do not send it through the form.

Why we use it

To answer questions, quote wholesale prices and contact you as you asked, on the basis of steps taken at your request before a contract
To send product information by email when you tick "Send me by email", on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time
To keep the website working and secure, on the basis of our legitimate interests
To meet the legal duties that apply to the company

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with:

VSCI's sales and customer service team
Service providers that run the website: our web host, Google (Gmail to send form emails, and Google Fonts) and EmbedSocial (the Instagram feed on the news page)
Government authorities, when the law requires it

Some providers may store data on servers outside Thailand. We use providers with suitable data protection measures as the PDPA requires.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for [up to 2 years from your last contact], or longer if the law requires. After that we delete it or make it impossible to identify you.

Access your data and get a copy
Correct your data and keep it up to date
Have your data deleted, destroyed or made anonymous
Restrict how we use your data
Object to us collecting, using or sharing your data

This website encrypts traffic with HTTPS, and only staff who need your data for their work can access it.
